ACTUALLY BINGO

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 October 2026

1.The short version

You are buying one card for one occasion. It is yours, it does not expire, and we are not going to charge you again for it. Everything below is the long version of that.

2.What you are buying

A single bingo card at the tier you paid for. Individual is one card for one person. Group tiers include a fixed number of participant seats. Payment is one time, per card, and is taken before the card goes live.

3.Your content

The goals you write and the photos you upload stay yours. We store them so the card works and we do not use them to train anything, sell them, or show them to anyone you have not given the link to.

4.Availability of your card

A completed or locked card stays accessible read-only at its link. We are not going to delete it to save storage, and we will not start charging you to keep it. If we ever have to shut the service down we will give at least ninety days notice and a way to export your cards and photos.

5.If the product ever becomes free

If we later offer a free, ad-supported version, every account that has paid keeps a permanently ad-free experience on the cards they bought. This is a commitment, not a courtesy: it does not lapse and it is not conditional on you staying active.

6.Refunds

A purchase is refundable in full while it is unused: no finished square on a single card, an event or enterprise game not yet opened, a printable PDF not yet downloaded. Use Request refund on the card. Once used, it is final, except where the law gives you more. See the Refunds page.

7.Group organisers

If you buy a group card you are responsible for the item pool you write and for who you invite. You can cancel the card, which deactivates it for every participant.

8.Doing the things on your card

A bingo card is a list of things you decided to do. Deciding to do them is yours, and so is doing them safely: we do not vet, supervise or endorse any square, on your card or on a card somebody invited you to. Some squares involve physical activity, travel, alcohol or the outdoors. Use your judgement, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens while you are completing one. If you are the organiser of a group card, the item pool is yours and you are responsible for what is on it.

9.Acceptable use

Do not use a card to harass someone, to publish another person’s private information, or to upload content you do not have the right to upload. We can deactivate a card that does.

10.Changes to these terms

If we change anything material we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Clause 5 is the exception: we will not weaken it.

11.Language

These terms exist in French and in English, and both versions carry the same weight. If you are in Quebec, the French version was offered to you first, and you are reading this English version because you chose to.
